Welcome to Parking In Chester. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our parking facilities at Newgate Street, Chester, CH1 1DE.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our parking facilities, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which, together with our privacy policy, govern Parking In Chester’s relationship with you regarding this service. If you disagree with these terms, please do not use our parking facilities.

Parking Facility Use

  • Access: Our car park is accessible 24/7 unless otherwise stated due to maintenance or special events.
  • Vehicles Allowed: Only light motor vehicles intended for personal use are allowed. Commercial vehicles or vehicles over a certain weight and height are subject to prior approval.
  • Parking Duration: Parking is available hourly, monthly, quarterly, or annually, as outlined in our pricing structure.

Payment

  • Payment must be made in advance using our Pay Stations or via Hozah® Autopay.
  • All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment method.
  • Failure to pay for the parking time may result in a penalty, which will be enforced according to local regulations.

Security and Liability

  • While we provide CCTV surveillance and security patrols, Parking In Chester is not liable for any theft, damage, or loss to vehicles or their contents.
  • Users park at their own risk and should ensure that vehicles are locked and valuables are not left within sight.

Conduct

  • No antisocial behaviour, including loud music, racing engines, or misuse of parking spaces, is permitted.
  • Any violation may result in a temporary or permanent ban from the facility.

Special Provisions

  • Designated parking spaces for disabled visitors and families with young children must only be used by eligible users. Proper identification may be required.
  • Misuse of designated spaces may result in enforcement actions.

Cancellation and Refunds

  • Refunds for parking payments are subject to our cancellation policy. Monthly, quarterly, and annual pass holders may cancel their passes by the terms set out at the time of purchase.

Modifications to Terms

Parking In Chester reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. Such revisions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to check these terms periodically for changes.
